How far is Grand Central Station to Radio City Music Hall?
not far at all.
after you get off your train, find your way to the Northwest Passage, instead of going out the main building. this will take you all the way to East 47th Street and Madison Avenue, which will save you a good 5-10 minutes and extra walking.
the Northwest and Northeast Passages were opened in 1999 to relieve passengers who work *north* of GCT from the burden of having to walk all the way down to 44th Street and “doubling back” to get to their trains.
from there, just walk uptown to 50th, make a left, and walk to Radio City at 50th and 6th Avenue. that part of the walk will take no more than 10 minutes.
