Grand Central Terminal
Relatively quiet on a warm-ish Saturday afternoon…
This century-old building is a monster with myriad passageways and something like 16 subterranean levels (supposedly- the full layout of the place has been kept secret), which according to the book “Mole People” was once “home” to a sizable, and organized homeless community.
The large flag was hung after the 911 attacks.
I can never seem to stay in here very long. the dizzying expanse of the main concourse and the unceasing flurry of human movement never fails to give me intense vertigo.
